본 연구에서는 청소년을 대상으로 시험불안 감소에 대한 마음챙김(MBSR)명상과 인지행동치료(CBT)의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구의 참여자는 마음챙김명상집단, 인지행동치료집단, 그리고 통제집단의 3집단으로 구성되었다. 마음챙김명상과 인지행동치료는 각각 8회기로 구성되었으며 주 2회씩 4주간 실시하였다. 연구에 사용된 척도는 시험불안 검사(TAI-K)와 자의식 척도(SCS)이었다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 처치 전후에 걸친 시험불안의 전체점수의 김소 효과는 집단 간 차이가 통계적으로 유의미하였다.... -

Polygalacturonase (PG) gene is a typical gene family present in eukaryotes. Forty-nine PGs were mined from the genomes of Neurospora crassa and five Aspergillus species.
