연구목적 본 연구에서는 인지기능의 장애를 보이는 노인 뇌졸중 환자에서 컴퓨터를 이용한 인지치료가 인지 기능에 미치는 효과에 대해 알아보기 위함이다. 연구방법 뇌졸중 노인 환자 40명(남자22명, 여자18명)을 두 집단(실험군, 대조군)으로 무작위할당하고, 대조군 은 작업치료를 포함한 고식적인 치료를 실험군은 고식적인 치료와 함께 컴퓨터 인지재활치료를 매 일 30분 주당5회 총6주간 훈련을 하였고, 모든 대상자들은 실험 전후로 인지평가인 LOTCA와 독 립적인 일상생활활동의 평가인 FIM을 측정하여 비교분석 하였다. 연구결과...
