이 연구는 감각자극이 고령여성의 β-amyloid, DHEAs, BDNF 농도 변화를 규명하는데 그 목적을 가지고 시도하였다. 이 연구 의 대상은 경기도 소재 B 휘트니스 센터 회원 중 60에서 69세의 고령여성들을 대상으로 총 20명을 실험하였으며, 12주간 주 3회 60분간 운동을 실시하였다. 감각자극운동 전, 후의 β-amyloid 농도는 감소를 나타냈고, 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈다(p<.01). 그리고 감각자극운동 전, 후의 DHEAs, BDNF 농도는 긍정적인 증가를 나타내었고, 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.001)(p<.01). 이...
