In order to diminish the side effects of nitrogen mustard on cancertherapy, alkyl and heterocyclic radicals were introduced to nitrogen mustard base. The prepared new nitrogen mustard derivtives are N-bis($eta$-chloroethyl)-2-furamide, 5-nitro-N-bis($eta$-chloroethyl)-2-furamide and N-bis($eta$-chloroethyl) ortamide hydrochloride.
