Post-traumatic intramural hmatoma of duodenum is a relatively rare condition, however, the incidence is increasing. These conditions can be occured spontaneously in a few cases from other authors by a localized collection of blood extravasates into the subserosal and interstitial tissues of intestine. The correft preoperative diagnosis has been made byroentgenological study since the striking of picket fence and coild spring appearance of roentgen sign. We have experieneed a case of rather classical shape of post-traumatic intramural hematoma of duodenum which was diagnosed preoperatively by roentgenologic study.
