환경원(土壞還元)에 의(依)한 근활력(根活力)의 저해(阻害) 또는 근부(根腐)를 방지(防止)하는 생육조절제(生育調節劑) phthalamic acid (PA) 및 p-chlorophenyl phthalamic acid (PCPPA)를 근활력(根活力)이 약(弱)한 IR667을 사용(使用) pot시험(試驗)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1. 유기물(有機物) 시용(施用)의 경우 최고(最高) 36.7% 무시용(無施用)의 경우 최고(最高) 13.3%의 증수를 보였는데 모두 PCPPA 100ppm ($90m{ell}/0.05m^2$)처리의 경우였다. 2. 근활력제(根活力劑)는 근(根)의 산화력(酸化力)근활력(根活力)을 증진(增進)시켜 양분(養分)의 균형적(均衡的)인 흡수(吸收)를 가져오며 그 결과(結果) 근중(根重)을 증가시키고 지상부(地上部) 생육량(生育量)을 많게 하였다. 3. 근활력제(根活力劑)는 수수(穗數) 및 천립중(千粒重) 등열율(登熟率) 유효비율(有效比率)을 증가시켰다.
Rice root activiators (phthalamic acid (PA) and p-chlorophenyl PA (PCPPA) were tested in pot culture for their effects on yield of IR667-Suwon 214 weak in root activity. The results were as follows: 1) Maximum percentage yield increase was 36.7% with organic matter applied and 13.3% without organic matter in 100 ppm (90ml/0.05$m^2$) of PCPPA treatment. 2) Root activators increased oxidizing power of root (root activity), consequently gave a balanced nutrient uptake, stimulated root growth and subsequent shoot growth. 3) Root activators increased number of panicle per hill, grain weight, filled grain ratio and effective tiller ratio.
