A case of hepatoma with cystic calcification radiographically which confirmed by pathological examination, was reported. the patient was 19 years old boy who had abdominal mass and pain in left upper quadrant for 1 month. His family history was not contributary. The upper G-I series revealed slight posterior displacement of the fundus with a cyst like calcification, about 4, 5$ imes$5cm. in diameter at the left upper quadrant. Liver scanning showed normal concentration of 198Au on the right lobe but nonvisualization of the left lobe area. Biopsy specimen showed hepatoma cells invading the portal vein and intrahepatic blood vessels, and the cystic structure which was a blood vessel invaded by the tumor consisting of the organized thrombi.
