The authors discuss a case of 23 years old male soldier in which changes were found radiographically in the body of second thoracic vertebra and distal end of left femur, and simultaneous extraosseous lesion in the right infra-auricular region. Regional lymphnode metastasis is proved histopathologically, but no secondary lesions in the lungs. the lesions are highly osteoblastic and rapidly growing.
