By the present study on the printing of polyester clothes by roller printing, the following results were obtained. Concentration of exhaustion of disperse dyes was found to be independent of surface tension of the thickeners used. However, best concentration of exhaustion was resulted by optimum amounts of the disperse agent, carrier and urea which was added separately to the thickeners. Rate of dyeing has a tendency to be increased with concentration of carrier but rather decreased with concentration of dispersing agent and urea. It was found that concentration of exhaustion was decreased with the increase of the rollet number of roller printing machine. And roller number 26 suits to roller printing of polyester clothes.
