This observation reveals the radiological analysis and clinical findings of 7 proved cases of Bochdalek Hernia of two neonatals and 5 infants who are operated in Wallace Memorial Baptist Hospital. The roentgenogram is bestumethod for diagnosis of Bochdalek hernia, although clinical findings are very useful. As clinical symtoms, the dyspnea, vomiting, cyanosis and drowsiness are common. On roentgenographic findings, 6 of 7 cases show left side hernia of diaphragm and one shows right diaphragmatic hernia. As characteristic radiographic findings, all of cases represented displacement of mediastinal structure to opposite side, obscuration of hemidiaphragm and paradoxical finding of pleural effusion. The classical signs of intrathoracic intestinal gas is presented in 6 cases. The symptom and signs are initiated from 2 days to 2 years of age.
