The lumbar myelographies with water soluble non-ionic contrast media Amipaue were done on 13 patients at N.M.C. Seoul, Korea from January, 1979 to February 1979 and the results were as follows: 1. There were 13 patients, 9 males and 4 females, their age range were from 18 to 48 years old. 2. Most of adverse reactions during and after myelography were mild and transitory, and their incidence were as follows: {{{{ headache vomiting nausea dizziness back paln }}{{buttock urinary }}{{ paresthesia }}{{paln retention }}{{male 3 2 - 2 1 2 1 1 female 2 2 2 2 3 1 - - total 5 4 2 4 4 3 1 1 (%) 38 31 15 31 31 23 7 7 }} }} 3. The Amipauqe was convenient, time-saving and excellent water soluble contrast media of myelogram and the delineability of lesions was excellent.
