Sacral agenesis is a central component in the spectrumof anomalies comprising the caudal regression syndrome. Sacral agenesis occurs more frequently in an infant born to mother of diabetes, rubella infection in first trimester than normal mothers. In a patient of sacral agenesis, it is important to recognize the neurologic deficit, neurogenic bladder dysfunction and other congenital anomalies. A case of partial sacral agenesis of 10 years old girl and another case of complete total agenesis associated with multiple anomalies in autopsied newborn are reported.
