Cineangiography is essential and excellent tool for evaluation of anatomy and pathophysiology of heart disease. 114 cases of cardiac cineangiography were analysed. The following conditions are easily interpreted and diagnosed accurately by cineangiography. 1. Valvular insufficiency, especially small amount. 2. Valve motion, shape analysis. 3. Detection of shunt. 4. Ventricle wall movement. 5. Complexed congenital cardiac anomaly. 6. Coronary artery stenosis.
