We have experienced a case of gastric tuberculosis of 19 year-old Korean girl, ocnfirmed bylaparatomy and biopsy, Upper gstrointestinal series showed stenotic lesion at prepyloric area of the stomach. Another stenotic lesion was found at ileocecal region in small bowel series.
