Hitherto 141 species belonging to 27 families of spiders have been reported at Mt. Joryeong. a well known scenic spot, inland of the middle Korea. The authors have investigated spider fauna of Mt. Joryeong area since 1958. The findings were: 1) In this report, 232 species of 120 genera, including 6 undetermined species, belonging to 31 families of spiders are tabulated by the aid of published data and collections of the authors. 2) 91 species are added to the fauna, of which 6 species and one genus are unreported in Korea, as follows: Orchestina sp. Dipoena caninotata Boes. et Str., 1906. Dipoena punctisparsa Boes. et str., 1906. Theridion meum Boes. et Str., 1906. Pardosa isago Tanaka, 1977, Marpissa pomatia(Walckenaer, 1802). Zelotes cavaleriei Schenkel, 1963. 3) The spider fauna of Mt. Joryeong includes 41 northern species(18.1%), 10 southern species(4.4%), 4 cosmopolitan species(1.8%) and 171 palaearictic temperate species(75.7%). The predominant species are Araneids. Theridiids, Thomisids; there are plenty of subtropic species comparatively. 4) The common species to comparative area and foreign countries are as follows; Mt.
