Four hundred and fifty four cases of H.S.G in infertility were analyzed and following brief results were obtained. 1. Most frequenty age group was 25-29 year old, and those number of patients were 188(41.4%). 2. Most frequent abnormal uterine finding was intravasation (133 cases), and malposition(119%), irregular margin (104), filling defect(37), and diverticulum (6) in decreasing order. 3. Most frequent abnormal tubal finding was obstruction (199cases) and hydrosalpinx(99), diverticulosis922), intravasation (17), peritubal adhesion (13), and beaded tube (10) in decreasing order. 4. Negative finding was seen in 155cases (34.1%) of uterus and in 227 cases (50.0%) of fallopian tubes. 5. Negative findings in both uterus and fallopian tubes was seen only 87 cases(19.2%).
