A gastric carcinoma is the commonest malignancy in Korea and the purpose of this study is: a. to predict the prognosis of gastric carcinoma patient preoperatively b. to gastrectomize as minimally as possible to reduce postoperative morbiditty c. to compare a radiologic findings with an endoscopic, gross and pathologic features. And two representative cases are presented here and the invasion depth and extent of the gastric carcinoma the stomach is evaluated and discussed with the review of artcles.
