The Author had tried to classify lip print patterne of 380 persons aged from 3 to 71 for detecting possibility of individual identification. The results were as follows: 1. The incidency of lip print patterne by means of the Tsuchihashi modifiation method was high in type I, type Ⅱ,typeⅢ,type I`, typeⅣ, typeⅤ, respectively. 2. Any of lip print had no same shape. 3. No same shape of lip print was found even family members. 4. The shapes of lip prints were unchangeable in the period of 5 months.
