The retrospective evaluation of 50 cases of head trauma that were subjected to computerized tomography leads to the following conclusion ; 1. Computerized tomography survey, should be the first neuroradiological procedures to perform. 2. There is generally a direct relationship between the severity of clinical presentation and the CT findings of the abnormality; responsible for the clinical status, the number and intensity of tissue abnormalities on CT scans increase proportionately with the severity of the clinical signs and symptoms. 3. An accuracy is 100% in diagnosis of intra and extracerebral collections of blood. 4. The causes of acute head trauma were automobile, 64% and falling down, 32%.
