A case of renal aspergillosis in a malnourished 55 years old male is presented with brief review of the literatures. Radiographic findings were as follow: Excretory urography showed a well defined mass on the right kidney upper medial aspect with focal diminshed neprogram and adjacent calyceal displacement. Sonography showed a homogeneous isodense low echo mass without posterior enhancement. Selective right renal angiography showed avascular mass with adjacent vascular displacement, but minimal irregular tortuous vasculatures are seen in the interior of the mass, supplied by the branch of renal artery. Right nephrectomy was performed. It was a thick encapsulated abscess cavity completely filled with thick viscid pus and pathologically confirmed as renal aspergillosis.
