A pathologically proven case of malignant mesenchymoma of the liver is reported with a brief review of the literatures. The tumor was an admixture of cystic and solid masses and was hypovascular on radiologic studies including ultrasonography, CT and angiography. It was well demarceate with normal liver by a pseudocapsule and composed of stellate and spindle shaped sarcomatous cells with no significant evidence of differentiation in a more or less myxomatous stroma.
