The authers observed a multiple miliary osteoma which was found in the 70-year-old male patient at routine dental examination and obtained the following features; 1. The osteomas are situated in the buccal cheeks of both side, but overlying skin shows normal. 2. The small osteomas range from 2.0㎜ to 2.0㎜ in diameter. 3. The osteomas appeared in proximity to the surface at a special radiograph which made with the tube directed parallel to the surface of the face when the cheek is being blown outwardly. 4. Each osteoma appears as a small doughnut shaped shadow with a radiolucent center.
