Liposarcoma is considered to be the most common sarcoma of the soft tissue. But it rarely occured in the thorax, and few examples of theintrathoracic primary liposarcoma have been reported in the literature. The average ageand sex distribution are about the same as in other location, and it commonly presents with respiratory symptoms such as dyspnea, tachypnea, wheezing, shoulder and/or chest pain and cough.
