Te knees of 31 patients with evidence of meniscal abnormalities were examined with high resolution computed tomography immediately following double contrast arthrocraphy. RESULT : 1. The anatomy of the menisci and surrounding structures was clearly outlined. 2. Menisci were well differentiated from popliteal tendon fossa and popliteal cyst. 3. The relationship of torn meniscal fragments were well visualized. 4. Meniscal cys was well visualized. 5. Peripheral tear was well differentiated from synovial recess in coronal and sagittal reformation views.
