It has been reported that caudate to right lobe ratio is useful for diagnosis of liver cirrhosis by noninvasive imaging modalities such as computed tomography and ultrasonography. CRL ratio wsmeasured by computed tomography in 66 Koreans, who have had no evidence of hepatic pathology both clinically and radiologically. RESULTS : 1. The mean value of CRL ratio of 66 healthy Korean liver is 0.45$pm$0.07. 2. There is nostatistically significant difference of CRL ratio between men and women. 3. There is no statistically significant correlation between CRL ratio and age.
