피레스로이드계 살충제 cypermethrin, deltamethrin 및 fenvalerate와 카바메이트계 살충제 pirimicarb를 0 : 10, 1 : 9, 2 : 8, 3 : 7, 4 : 6, 5 : 5, 6 : 4, 7 : 3, 8 : 2, 9 : 1, 10 : 0의 비율로 혼합하여 엽침청법(Leaf-dipping method)으로 복승아혹진딧물(Myzus persicae Sulzer) 성충(무시충)에 대한 이들의 협력작용, 유무와 정도를 검토하여 아래와 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. cypermethrin과 pirimicarb의 혼합에서는 2 : 8 비율에서 최대의 협력효과를 나타내었다. 2. deltamethrin과 pirimicarb의 혼합에서는 협력작용이 발견되지 않았으며 pirimicarb의 비율이 감소함에 따라 오히려 조항작용을 나타내었다. 3. fenvalerate와 pirimicarb의 혼합에서는 7 : 3의 비율에서 최대의 협력효과를 나타내었다.
The toxicities of binary mixtures of the three pyrethroids (cypermethrin, deltamethrin, fenvalerate) with a carbamate insecticide pirimicarb at varying ratios to the green peach aphid (Myzus persicae Sulz..) were tested and compared on the toxicities of their individual components. Among the three pyrethroids tested, cypermethrin and fenvalerate were synergized by pirimicarb. The maximum synergistic action was observed at 2:8 for cypermethrin and at 7:3 for fenvalerate. However, there was no any synergitic effect with the mixtures of deltamethrin and pirimicarb.
