A case of Budd-Chiari Syndrome was confirmed in our hospital by various radiologic approach liver biopsy and surgery. Radiologic findings shows selective right hepatic vein obstruction incomplete IVC obstruction and azygos contiuation of IVC Liver biopsy disclose centilobular sinusoidal congestion and massive hepatocyte destruction. On operation findings incomplete web was noted in hepaticportion of IVC as cause of obstruction. We report thic case of Budd-Chiari Syndrome with review of literature.
