Arachnoid cysts are relatively common disease entity, but is location at suprasellar region it is important to differentiate with ependymal cysts of third ventricle or third ventricular enlargement secondary to either aqueductal stenosis or extraventricular obstructive hydrocephalus. We recently expirienced a case of suprasellar arachnoid cyst and reviewed literature.
