One case of the esophageal duplication cyst is presented. This lesion is appeared as a right paratracheal mass on chest PA and well marginated round homogeneous mass in posterolateral aspect of trachea on chest CT. CT is useful in evaluating the characteristics of lesion the extent of lesion and anatomical relationship to other organs.
