Congenital mesoblastic nephroma is a benign renal tumor that appears as a neonatal abdominal mass. We have experienced a case of congenital mesoblastic nephroma. The ultrasonographic and CT findings was well-demarcated solid mass containing large portion of cystic necrosis.
