Sclerosing hemangioma of the lung is rare in the pulmonary parenchyme, known as a post inflammatory pseudotumor of the lung. We report a case of histologically proven sclerosing hemangioma of the lung in 51-years-old woman with intermittent coughing, blood-tinged sputum and chest discomfort. There was a 5x6cm sized, well circumscribed, round mass with air meniscus shadow in left lower lobe on chest radiograph. Ct findings were a large lobulated, homogeneous soft tissue mass with multiple scattered small calcifications in the lower lobe of the left lung. a surrounding air shadow was noted around the mass. The calcifications noted in CT were not visualized in radiograph.
