항생항암제인 Aclacinomycin A의 aglycone 부분인 aklavinone(2)의 유도체인 7-deoxy-9-methyl aklavinone(3)을 합성하였다.
7-Deoxy-9-methyl aklavinones, the derivatives of aklavinone (the aglycone of extensive family of glycosidically derived from anthracycline antibiotics possessing significant activity), were synthesized by the simple and efficient reaction procedure.
