Despite of diversity I their design and contents, it is well accepted that there are uniform requirements for manuscripts submitted to biomedical journals, Tactics for writing a medical paper could be refined through a check list approach in each part of the manuscripts. This review describes technical aspects of writing a paper in a manner of "should" and "should not" be contained in each part.
