The purpose of this report is to describe the radiographic and high resolution CT findings in 2 patients with pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis and in 1 patient with pulmonary tuberous sclerosis. All 3 patients were Korean women in their reproductive age. Radiographic manifestations included reticular opacities, honeycombing, recurrent pneumothorax, and pleural effusions. High-resolution computed tomography(HRCT) typically showed numerous thin-walled cystic air-spaces of various sizes distributed throughout the lungs in all 3 patients. Awareness of typical HRCT findings and protean clinical manifestations will lead to a specific diagnosis of lymphangioleiomyomatosis in clinical practice.
