Congenital artenovenous malformation is an abnormal connection between arteris and veins, bypassing the capillary network. AVM rarely involves the chest wall. We encountered an AVM case which arose from the chest wall and presented with the characteristic interior border rib notching on a plain chest X-ray. A confirmative diagnosis was made through intercostal arteriography. Blood flow was decreased by embolotheraphy and subsequent radical excision was done.
