한국산 측기문풍뎅이류의 분류학적 연구중 최종과인 송장풍뎅이과에 대하여 검토하였다. 국내에서 이 과는 기록의 근거가 불확실한 3종을 포함한 5종이 알려졌는데 필자가 수집한 14년간의 표본 10개체는 1신종(Trox koreanus), 3미기록종(T. formosanus, nishijimai와 vimmeri) 및 기기록 1종 등의 5종이어서 현재까지 밝혀진 한국산 송장풍뎅이과는 총 9종이 된다. 이들의 특징과 참고자료를 소개하며, 신종을 기재하였다.
A review of the Korean Trogidae, last family for a series on the taxonomical study of Korean Laparosticti, is given. Each one species was recorded from south and north region, and 3 species others were listed lacking believable materials from Korea, hitherto. On the other hand, 1 was rollected only 10 specimens of S species during 14 years since 1978 from South Korea, consisted of a new species scientific (Trox koreanus), 3 new records (T. fomosanus, vimmeri and nishijimai) and a recorded species (T. setifer) from south region. The fauna of Korean Trogid beetles is very rare too in individual, but the species diversity is very high, consequently. New species was described, and taxonomical references on 8 species others were illustrated.
