This study has been carried out as a groundwork for the application of various solar systems to new telecommunications office buildings. A survey has been done to examine the present conditions of these buildings throughout the country. The exemplar cases of Japan are also studied, which provided useful feedbacks to our needs. The results of the present study could be used in developing the most appropriate(energy efficient) model for these buildings.
