Three compounds were isolated from the chloroform and n-butanol extracts of Filipendula glaberrima (Rosaceae). The structures of these isolates were elucidated as monotropitin, (+)-catechin, and ${eta}-sitosteryl-3-O-{eta}-D-glucopyranoside$ by spectroscopic analysis, and were identified by comparison of their spectra with those of reported ones.
