노랑초파리 (Drosophila melanogaster) 종군에 속하는 8종을 대상으로 형태적 형질에 의한 수리학적 분석을 통하여 이 종들간의 계통관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 1. 33종류의 형태적 형질을 분석한 8종의 집괴분석은 단일결합, 완전결합 및 UPGMA법으로 실시한 결과 D. melanogaster와 D. simulans가 높은 유사도를 보였으며, 또 D. auraria, D. biauraria, D. triauraria 사이에서도 높은 유사도에서 집괴되어 근연종임을 알 수 있었다. 2. 11종류의 형태적 형질에 대한 8종의 배열분석은 PCA로 분석한 결과 D. melanogaster와 D. simulans의 아군, D. auraria, D. biauraria, D. triauraria, D. rufa의 아군으로 나눌 수 있으며, D. suzukii, D. lutescens는 각각 독립된 아군으로 나눌 수 있었다. 3. 8종을 대상으로 한 33종류의 형태적 형질에 따른 분지분석 결과 원시종에서 2개의 무리로 분지되었으며, 한 무리는 D. melanogaster, D. simulans, D. lutescens와 3. suzukii가 속하였고, 다른 무리는 D. rufa, D. auraria, D. biauraria와 D. triauraria가 속하였다. 또한 각종 사이에는 각각 다른 원시종이 존재하는 것으로 추정되었다. 그리고 D. suzukii가 속한 아군은 4개의 아군중 가장 원시 형으로 추정되지만 D. rufa, D. auraria, D. biauraria 그리고 D. triauraria가 속한 아군의 직접적인 원시형은 아니며 다른 원시종이 있었을 것으로 생각된다.
Phylogenic relationships among the eight species of the Drosophila melanogaster species group were investigated by taxometric analysis. The cluster analysis of the eight species according to the 33 morphological character was performed using single linkage, complete linkage and UPGMA. Two species of D. melanogaster and D. simulans, and three species of D. auraria, D. biauraria and D. triauraria were clustered at high similarity enough to suggest that they were closely related species. The ordination analysis of the 11 characters for the eight species was carried out using PCA. They were divided into four subgroups: one subgroup for D. melanogaster and D. simuians, and the other subgroup for D. auraria, D. biauraria, D. triaurapia, and D. rufa, D. lutescens and D. suzukii showed themselves as the two independent subgroups. According to the result of the cladistic analysis which was performed for the 33 characters of the eight species, they were cladisted into two lines at their ancestor level: D. melanogaster, D. simulans, D. lutescens and D. suzukii belonged to the one line, while D. auraria, D. biauraria, D. triauraria and D. rufa belonged to the other.
