간동맥과 문맥가느이 단락을 동반한 간 혈관종 1예를 경험하였다. 작은 결절형의 혈 관종으로 초음파 검사 사진에서 저에코의 종괴, 전산화 단층 촬영에서 정맥상까지 지속되는 조영 증강 소견과 혈관조영 사진상 동맥상에서 주변부에서 시작되는 조영제 저류와 함께 문 맥의 조기 충만을 보이는 동문맥 단락이 있었고 수술로써 확진되었다.
We experienced a case of small cavernous hemangioma with arterioportal venous shunt in the liver. Ultrasonography showed hypoechoic mass and computed tomography revealed persistent contrast enhancement into equilibrium phase. Angiography demonstrated contrast pooling on arterial phase and early arterioportal venous shunting which was confirmed surgically.
