In this paper, it was emphasized that nano-materials is a developing reserach trend in recent period. The significant of superine powderlogy, kinetics on sintering, physics, microstructure and characterization of nano-material was expalained. The latest progress on nano-ceramics study in China was introduced. The applomeration of nanoscal powder, sintering of nanoscale powder, the superplasticity of nano-ceramics were discussed. Especially, it was found, that Y-TZP nano-ceramics exist deformation behaviour at room temperature.
