In this study crystal phases in accordance with various crystal growth temperature in Li2O-MgO-MgF2-SiO2 system glass forming condition of lithium fluorhectorite (LiMg2LiSi4O10F2) crystal phase with water swelling phenomenon and powder properties in according to perform water swelling phenomenon were investigated The nucleation temperature of base glass sample was 46$0^{circ}C$. The crystal growing temperatures were $600^{circ}C$, 64$0^{circ}C$ and 110$0^{circ}C$ respectively. The sample given heat treatment at $600^{circ}C$ was shown two phases Li2.4Mg0.8SiO4 and Li2.8Mg0.6SiO4 respectively and the sample given heat treatment at 64$0^{circ}C$ was shown three phases Li2.4Mg0.8SiO4, Li2.8Mg0.6SiO4 and LiMg2LiSi4O10F2. Li2.4Mg0.8SiO4 and Li2.4Mg0.8SiO4 are intermediate pseudocrystalline phase from which lithium fluorhectorite. The sample given heat treatment at 64$0^{circ}C$ 63.82 Kcal/mol at 64$0^{circ}C$ and 272.5 zation at different temperatures were as follows ; 43.2 Kcal/mol at $600^{circ}C$ 63.82Kcal/mol at 64$0^{circ}C$ 272.5Kcal/mol at 110$0^{circ}C$ During water swelling, swelling rate was increasd rapidly until 2 minutes at forced condi-tion Glass ceramics were crystallized at 64$0^{circ}C$ and 110$0^{circ}C$ The average particle size of the powder which is formed on ultrasonic water swelling condition was 7.15${mu}{ extrm}{m}$
