Recently, damages in strong winds were studied by wind engineering fields in many aspects. Particularly, aerodynamic effects of structures between strong winds and environmental characteristics were affected with wind resistant design. Therefore, it is necessary to application for wind resistant design of structures taken around wind environmental characteristics evaluating strong winds which were affected by topographic factors. In this study, wind-tunnel experiments were carried out by using the bridge sections and building structures taken into account of wind environment around tall buildings.
