Gastritis cystica profunda(GCP)는 주로 위소장문합술 후 위에서 발생하는 드문 양 성 종괴로 수술 전 위에서는 더욱 드물게 보고된다. 위 수술을 받은 적이 없는 51세 남자에 서 전산화단층촬영에서 위 전정부에 경계가 분명한 원형 낭성 종괴로 보이고 수술 및 병리 학적으로 Gstritis cystica profunda로 확진한 증례를 보고한다.
Gastritis cystica profunda is an uncommon benign mass that usually occurs on the gastric side of the site of a gastroenterostomy, but has also been known to develop in which has not been operated on. We report the case of stomach a 51-years-old man with pathologically proven gastritis cystica profunda. This patient had not undergone gastric surgery and CT showed a well-defined, 3cm sized, cystic mass at the gastric antrum.
