This study examines the necessity of establishment of Institutional Household Manager(IHM) system and the development of the curricula for IHM. It suggests that the establishment of IHM system meets the needs of the times. And it also shows that two kinds of curricula model for IHM can be developed : the one is specialized curricula model and the other is integrated curricula model. The specialized model emphasizes the specialization of institutional household management and is consisted of the acquisition of 4 required and 3 optional subjects and field practices. The integrated model makes a point of integration of other majors and is composed of the acquisition of 2 required and 5 optional subjects and field practices.
