올가미법(snare technique)은 요관 스텐트의 제거에 이용되어 왔다. 그러나 요관 스텐트의 상단이 상부나 하부 신배로 이동한 경우에는 스텐트의 상단이 신배 점막에 밀착되어 있거나 좁은 신배 공간 때문에 요관 스텐트를 올가미로 제거하는 것이 qfnrksmd하였다. 저자들은 이러한 경우 좁은 신배 대신에 넓은 신우를 이용하기 위하여 이차 올가미법(second snare technique)을 고안해 내었다. 이차 올가미는 먼저 삽입한 유도철사(guide wire)의 말단을 올가미로 잡음으로써 만들어지게 된다. 저자들은 최근에 시행한 2예를 보고하며 이 술기의 안전성과 유용성에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.
The snare technique has been used for the removal of ureteral stents. If, however, a stent has migrated to the upper or lower pole calyx, snaring-due to close contact between the stent and the calyceal mucosa or narrow space of the renal calyx-is impossible. By using the second suare technique, which involves snaring the previously inserted guidewire, the large renal pelvic space can be used for the removal of a migrated ureteral stent. We deseribe two cases and discuss the safety and efficacy of this technique.
