There is considerable interest in corporate governance in Korea. One important reason for the increasing interest in it is that the current system of Korean Corporations is the main cause of weakening competitiveness due to problems such as economic concentration, the concentration of shareholding etc. This Study intends to investigate the problems within the current corporate gorvernance system of Korean Corporations, focusing on supervisory system, and to suggest a improvement for it.
