$SrNd_{2}Ti_{4}O_{12}$의 결정구조를 연구하기 위하여 $SrCO_{3}$,$Nd_{2}O_{3}$,$Ti_{4}O_{2}$의 혼합물을 $1400^{circ}C$에서 소결하였다. $SrNd_{2}Ti_{4}O_{12}$의 결정구조는 Rietveld profile-analysis를 통하여 조사하였다. 정방정계 공간군 P4 mm이 X-선 희절 무늬 정산에 사용되었다. $SrNd_{2}Ti_{4}O_{12}$의 결정구조는 페로브스카이트 구조의 초격자 구조였으며, 격자 정수는 각각 a=3.8568$AA$, c=7.7305$AA$ 이였다. 결정구조 해석의 최종 정산 R인자 값은 $R_{wp}$=12.09%, $R_{1}$=3.62% 이었다.
The mixture of TEX>$SrCO_{3}$</TEX>,$Nd_{2}O_{3}$ and $Ti_{4}O_{2}$ was prepared by sintering at $1400^{circ}C$ and the crystal structure of $SrNd_{2}Ti_{4}O_{12}$ was investigated. Its crystal structure was determined by The Rietveld profile-analysis of XRD. The tetragonal space group P4 mm was used for the refinement of X-ray diffraction patterns. The crystal structure of $SrNd_{2}Ti_{4}O_{12}$ was a superlattice structure of the perovskite structure and its lattice parameters were obtained as a=3.8568$AA$ and c=7.7305$AA$ The final refined R-factors of structure refinement were $R_{wp}$=12.09% and $R_{1}$=3.62%
