This study was attempted to find out the practice in norms of community by parent influence on home education. The sample were obtained from 945 parents in Seoul. The major findings were as follow; 1) level of the practice in norms of community by parent were insufficient. implementing and evaluating of home education 3) the practice in norms of community by parent have a more significant effect on the evaluating than planning and implementing of home education.
