꿀벌부채명나방(Galleria mellonella) 성충의 측심체에서 adipokinetic hormone을 분리.정제하여 아미노산 조성을 분석하였다. Adipokinetic hormone은 Sep-Pak $C_{18}$ cartridge와 thin layer chromatography의 병행사용에 의해 분리하였으며, 아미노산 조성은 Glu, Asp, Gly, Arg, Ser, Ala, Thr, Val, Leu, Phe, Trp으로 나타났다.
An adipokinetic hormone was separated from corpora cardiaca of the adult greater wax moth, Galleria mellonella by Sep- Pak $C_{18}$ cartridge and thin layer chromatography. The amino acids composition of the adipokinetic hormone was determined after acid hydrolysis with 6N HCl and 4M mercaptoethane sulfonic acid. It contained the following amino acid residues : aspartic acid, glutamic acid, serine, glycine, arginine, threonine, alanine, valine, leucine, phenylalanine and tryptophan.
